How the Algorithm Works
The Monthly Match
On the 1st of every month, the IIMAC matching engine pairs you with a fellow alum based in Canada. You will receive an email notification that your new Buddy is waiting in your dashboard.
Unlocking the Vault
Log in to the Member Hub to view your Buddy’s profile. For exactly 30 days, their direct email, phone number, and LinkedIn profile are completely unlocked for you to initiate contact.
The 30-Minute Coffee
Reach out and schedule a casual 30-minute virtual (or in-person!) coffee. Share your Canadian journey, exchange industry insights, or just say hello. No agendas required.
The FOMO Countdown
Self-Destructing Info: To protect our members' privacy, direct contact information is strictly time-bound. On the last day of the month, the vault locks. Their email and phone number will vanish from your dashboard forever. Connect on LinkedIn before the clock runs out!
